While SBA is a Windows software, it can be run without any problems on Macintosh computers with a Windows emulator. One user of SBA and Macintosh fan obtained the following results:
On 266 MHz G3 Mac, running 100 million rounds Hi-Lo simulation with surrender rule, the simulation took 48 minutes. This means that SBA is about 5 to 6 times slower compared to PII/266Mhz.
In other words, even on a Mac with emulator SBA is probably still the fastest existing simulator compared to any other simulator on PC, with the exception of SBA on PC, of course.
